The Festo Vacuum generator with a 3 mm nominal size and Laval nozzle, is designed for high vacuum applications and includes a closed silencer for quieter operation. It features an integrated electric ejector Pulse valve, electric on-off flow control valve, filter, check valve, and vacuum switch, all contributing to its efficient performance. The vacuum switch uses a piezo resistive measuring principle for relative pressure measurement and offers N/O contact switching with a threshold Value comparator function. The device includes reverse polarity protection for all electrical connections and provides Visual status indication through an LED display. It operates with a filtration grade of ≤40 μm, ensuring clean Air supply, and has a manual override that is non-detenting for easy operation. The unit supports flexible mounting positions and is Ideal for precise control in high-vacuum systems.
