The SKF Double classical V-belt provides a very efficient and cost-effective method for transmitting power from prime movers to driven machines. Double classical (Hex) V-belt is similar to a pair of mirrored V-belts with the cords strongly bonded at the widest part of the belt. The design enables the belts to transmit power from both sides with an equal load distribution and without any additional belt wear.
Equal load distribution on both sides without additional wear
Low elongation during operation
Oil and heat resistant
With anti-static properties
Fully wrapped to resist abrasion
Reduced energy consumption and increased mean time between failures
