The DiodesZetex 58V Unidirectional TVS Diode Array has 2.7kW Peak Pulse power (tp = 8x20μs). It provides ESD protection and has 4 channels of ESD protection and 4 Decoupling capacitances. Typically used in power over Ethernet PSE equipment against Line over voltages. It is totally Lead, halogen and Antimony free.
Operating temperature range of -65°C to +150°C It is available in SO-8 packaging
