Vishay TVS Diode


The Vishay TVS diode is an SMC (DO-214AB) surface mount unidirectional and bidirectional TVS diode with stand-off voltage of 128V and reverse breakdown voltage of 158V. It has a maximum peak pulse current rating of 7.2A.
