The Vishay VCAN SOT-323 package, surface mount bidirectional symmetrical (BiSy) low capacitance, dual-line ESD protection diode has a stand-off voltage rating of 26.5V and reverse breakdown voltage of 32V. It has a peak pulse current rating of 3A.
