TVS Diode CAN-bus Protection Array, Bourns Electronics


A dual TVS device designed to provide ESD and surge protection for CAN transceivers. The CDSOT23-T24CAN protects both data lines and meets IEC 61000-4-2 (ESD) and IEC 61000-4-5 (Surge) requirements. The low capacitance and leakage current minimize impact on signal integrity making the device compatible with high-speed CAN networks.
