The Viso Construction cone with a strap is designed for securing a construction site and a hazardous area. The cone has a weighted rubber base and a 4 meter long, 5 centimetre wide strap. The empty base can be weighted with water or sand. The strap, on the other hand, has a braking and anti panic system that automatically releases the strap in case of an emergency.
