RS PRO Timer Relay, 240 V AC to 415 V AC, 3 s to 120 s, DIN Rail Mounting

Choose this timer relay from RS PRO to control when an electrical circuit is activated. It's frequently used in industrial control applications to stagger the starting time of multiple components activated by the same main switch. This unit has a time range delay of 3 seconds (s) to 120 s.

The compact relay requires very little space on a DIN rail to provide maximum packing efficiency in an electrical enclosure. An LED (light-emitting diode) indicator lets you easily diagnose the relay's power and status. Screw terminals allow for uncomplicated and quick conductor wiring. Its star-delta timing function reduces the starting current of a motor to approximately one-third, significantly cutting the risk of component damage.

This relay is ideal for starting three-phase induction motors. Its enclosure has an Ingress Protection (IP) rating of IP40, so you can be sure it's safe from tools and small wires greater than 1 mm.
