The Vishay 50 W power resistor with thick film technology, the LTO series are the extension of RTO types. We used the direct ceramic mounting design (no metal tab) of our RCH power resistors applied to semiconductor packages. Insulation resistance is greater than 10^4 MΩ. Temperature range for this resistor is -55 °C to +150 °C. Ohmic value for the LTO 050FR0680JTE3 is 0.068 ohm. This Power resistor can be applied in applications like power conversion, high-speed switching, RF applications, current sensing etc.
