RS PRO Type N Thermocouple 300 mm Length, 3 mm Diameter → +1300°C
The RS PRO Type N thermocouple allows for accurate measurement in the air up to +1300°C. It has a flexible and mineral-insulated probe that performs well at high temperatures. The probe has a diameter of 3 mm and a length of 300 mm.
You can be sure that the thermocouple will enjoy a long and stable life thanks to its mineral insulation, which protects the wire from corrosion and electrical interference. The probe also features very good thermoelectric stability and has excellent resistance to high-temperature oxidation. This thermocouple is water-, oil- and gas-tight with good mechanical strength, while its small size also makes it easy to use.
You'll find this product meets IEC 584-1-2 requirements for thermocouple manufacturing tolerances. It's widely used in applications such as heat treatment furnaces, metalworking and the glass industry.
