If you need to monitor temperature during manufacturing, consider this RS PRO temperature transmitter. It will provide feedback throughout the process by converting an input signal from the sensor then sending a standardised output signal to the device. You can use it with any standard terminal head mounting.

This component is designed to be user-friendly, so it's easy to set your desired temperature range and calibrate the sensor. For added convenience, you can adjust it across a wide range of temperatures. The transmitter comes with an upscale sensor break detection, which means it cuts out when it gets too hot.

It meets the IEC801 (1987) standards for electromagnetic compatibility. The product also has a high immunity of EMC (electromagnetic compatibility) 1992 to RFI (radio frequency interference). Please note, the initial temperature range refers to the factory-set range. This can be reconfigured to suit your needs from 0°C to +100°C.
