RS PRO 16A British Standard Fuse, A1, 550V ac, 44.5mm

Protect your machinery against short-circuiting when exposed to high currents with this British Standard size 1A fuse from the RS PRO range. This fuse has a gG rating so it's suitable for general use and will usually blow from two to five seconds at five times the rated current, and within 0.1 to 0.2 seconds at ten times the rated current.

The fuse is bolted so it will mount to your fuse holders. It has a current rating of 16 A with a voltage rating of 550 V AC. Thanks to its high rupturing capacity, if a short circuit occurs, it will stand up to the high pressure involved.

Part of the RS PRO series, this British standard fuse has been stringently tested by leading engineers. It's suitable for use in many domestic appliances and is compliant with BS 88 and IEC 60269 specifications for British standard fuses.
