The STMicroelectronics Bluetooth Low Energy single-mode system-on-chip that complies with Bluetooth specifications, enhancing the award-winning BlueNRG network processor by allowing the embedded Cortex M0 to run user application code. It includes 256 kB of programming Flash memory, 24 kB of static RAM with retention (two 12 kB banks), and standard communication interfaces like SPI, UART, and I²C. It also features multifunction timers, a watchdog, RTC, and a DMA controller. An ADC interfaces with analog sensors and reads the integrated battery voltage sensor, while a digital filter processes a PDM stream.
