MCP16312 Synchronous Buck Converter


The Microchip MCP16312 is an adjustable output, fixed frequency, synchronous, step-down DC-DC converter that operates from input voltage sources up to 30V. Integrated into the device is a high-side and low-side switch, fixed frequency Peak Current Mode Control, internal compensation, peak-current limit and over-temperature protection.
