1206 Format Resistor, RCP Series


Vishay’s RCP series of thick film resistors feature a stable thick film resistive element on an aluminium nitride (AIN) substrate with an epoxy encapsulation. Offering very high thermal conductivity in a small package size, the RCP series of thick film resistors have an operating temperature range of -55°C to +155°C. These thick film resistors are optimised for high power aerospace, military, industrial and telecom systems.
