A fused Terminal Block is simply a Terminal Block, with a fuse. Fused Terminal Blocks typically do the same job as a conventional Terminal Block would do, however, just with the added protection of a fuse inside it. The fuse helps prevent overvoltage’s by breaking the circuit.

A fused Terminal Block is very similar in how normal Terminal Blocks work. Terminal Blocks are designed to connect wires together effectively or connect multiple levels of wires together. Fused Terminal Blocks just include a fuse in the connection between the two wires. Having a fuse in the Terminal Block prevents unnecessary and messy wiring and can help achieve certifications.
