The Phoenix Contact audible signal element is a component of a modular signal tower, which can include up to five signal elements. These can consist of either optical or audible elements, with a maximum of four optical and one audible element. The audible element must be positioned at the top. A bayonet locking system is used for both mechanical and electrical connections between elements. Electrical connections can utilize either spring-cage or screw connections. Mounting options include base or tube mounting. It's important to note that PSD-S signal towers (70 mm diameter) are not mechanically compatible with PSD-S 50 signal towers (50 mm diameter).
