TYA-202 3-Phase Power Controller

The micro-processor controlled three-phase power controller Jumo TYA 202 displays all parameters in a backlighted LCD display and is operated using the 4 keys on the front.

SCR power controllers are employed where larger resistive and ohmic-inductive loads have to be switched, e.g. in industrial kiln construction and in plastics processing. The SCR power controller comprises two SCRs connected in anti-parallel, the insulated cooling body and the control electronics.

The operating modes are burst-firing mode, SSR logical operation, fast logical operation, alpha start and soft start.

Available subordinate controls are U, U2, I, I2 and P control.

Use of a subordinate control ensures that fluctuations in the supply voltage do not affect the control loop during the control process.

Three-phase SCR power controller

Simple configuration of the device through plain text display

Setup program for configuration via USB interface

Transmission of the setup data is possible even without voltage supply to the device (USB port supplies power)

Network load optimization through dual energy management

Burst-firing mode

Soft start function with pulse groups

Resistance monitoring and limitation for MoSi2 heating elements

Teach-in function for the detection of partial load failure

Integrated diagnostic systems (e.g. rotating field detection)
