This sensor actuator cable provides a robust 4-contact M12 connection for linking sensors and actuators in industrial systems. Designed for continuous and dynamic installation environments, it delivers a sealed electrical Interface for signal and power transmission up to 250V while withstanding exposure to oils and lubricants.

The cable terminates with an M12 female at one end and an M12 male at the other, both A-coded for standard sensor/actuator interfaces.

It is qualified for drag chain operation with torsion capability of 180° per metre and rated for 2,000,000 torsion cycles, allowing sustained dynamic use.

The PUR jacket yields a 4.5mm overall diameter and permits a bending radius greater than 10x the cable diameter for flexible applications.

The assembly meets ingress protection up to IP67 and additionally IP65/IP66K ratings for resistance against dust, water jets and temporary immersion.

Connectors use a TPU housing with zinc die-cast nickel-plated locking nuts and FKM Seals for chemical resistance.
