The DiodesZetex SBRT3M60P1 is a Trench Super Barrier Rectifier(SBR) packaged in the compact thermally efficient powerDI123 package, the device provides very low reverse leakage and excellent VF stability at high temperatures. It is ideally suited to use as a rectifier diode in MR16 bridge rectifier applications. It is Lead, halogen and Antimony free and offers high reliability. It has a thermally efficient package for cooler running applications with less than 1.1mm package profile making it ideal for thin applications.

Maximum average rectified output current is 3 A Peak repetitive reverse voltage VRRM is 60 V and peak forward surge current IFSM is 70 A Forward voltage drop VF is 0.59 V, while the operating temperature range is from -55°C to +150°C
