Do you want to be certain that your machine doors will stay closed when your equipment is operating? Turn to this safety interlock switch from Eaton. The compact device keeps doors securely shut on high-inertia rotating machines and other equipment that remains hazardous after the power has stopped. The positive-force opening mechanism adds an extra level of safety by keeping contacts open when there's a short circuit. The unit is easily mounted using standard M20 screw terminal sockets. Thanks to insulated housing, all contacts are safely sealed against water and dust.

Can this safety switch be used around water?
