The Prowave Air Ultrasonic Ceramic Transducers operate at a centre frequency of 25.0 ± 1.0 kHz, with a bandwidth of 2.0 kHz. They achieve a minimum transmitting sound pressure level of 112 dB at 25.0 kHz when driven at 10 Vrms from 30 cm. The receiving sensitivity is 62 dB at the same frequency. With a capacitance of 2600 pF at 1 kHz, they can handle a maximum driving voltage of 20 Vrms. The total beam angle is typically 85° at 6 dB.
