A highly versatile component, this uninsulated splice connector is cylindrical in shape, meaning it can be crimped to fit different wire gauges, ranging in size from 1 mm² to 2.5 mm². It has copper contacts, and their tin-plated finish protects against oxidation, degradation and corrosion.
This butt splice connector is useful for setting up circuitry in heavy industrial equipment and common electronic devices. It's also suitable for telecommunications applications. As part of the RS PRO range, this connector has been stringently tested for quality and consistency.
