This pressure sensor is a compact, board-mounted piezoresistive device designed to measure absolute, gage or differential pressure in non-corrosive gases and selected non-ionic liquids. Calibrated and temperature-compensated on-board, it provides ratiometric analogue or high-resolution digital output for fast pressure readings within typical electronic systems.
