This pressure sensor is a board-mounted piezoresistive device designed to measure absolute, gauge or differential pressure in applications using non-corrosive, non-ionic gases and selected liquids. It provides a ratiometric analogue or 14-bit digital output with on-board calibration and temperature compensation for consistent readings across typical operating environments.

Non-corrosive, non-ionic gases are standard, select ranges permit non-corrosive, non-ionic liquids on Port 1 only.

The output scales ratiometrically with the supply voltage when operated within specified voltages.

Digital options include I2C or SPI compatibility with a minimum 12-bit sensor resolution and up to 14-bit output.
