This differential pressure sensor measures the pressure difference between two ports and provides a ratiometric analogue or 12-bit digital output for use on a circuit board. It is designed for reading pressures across specified ranges and temperatures, includes on-board signal conditioning and temperature compensation, and is suitable for both gas-only configurations and liquid-capable options with protective gel for port electronics.

Long-term stability is specified as ±0.25%FSS after 1000 hr at 25°C due to silicon piezoresistive technology and on-board ASIC compensation.

What mounting and package types are available for PCB integration?


It is available in board-mount packages including SMT, leadless SMT and DIP for PCB-level assembly with multiple port styles.

How does the device handle temperature compensation?


The onboard ASIC performs calibration and temperature compensation across the compensated range to correct offset, sensitivity and thermal effects.
