The Infineon Power Switch Ics is a SPI power controller, providing protection functions and diagnosis and having a high side switch with diagnosis and embedded protection. It consist of an absolute and dynamic temperature limitation with controlled restart overcurrent protection with programmable restart control and current threshold.
