Multi-Channel SPI Low Side Power Switch, Infineon
Multi-channel low-side power switches from Infineon in Smart Power Technology controllable via SPI Interface. These devices incorporate embedded protective functions and are designed for automotive and industrial applications. They are particularly suitable for applications in engine management, ABS, VSC, and powertrain systems and may be used to drive a variety of loads such as injector valves, relays, solenoids and stepper motors.
