The STMicroelectronics galvanic ally isolated gate driver for IGBTs with 6 A source/sink current, desaturation protection, and adjustable SOFTOFF is a family of protected single gate drivers designed to provide galvanic isolation between the gate driving channel and low voltage control and interface circuitry. The platform offers different options with 10 A and 6 A current capabilities, with dedicated UVLO variants available for both SiC MOSFETs and IGBTs. Additionally, the driver features ultrafast desaturation protection with differentiated intervention thresholds and an adjustable soft turn-off function.
