The Power Integrations reference design single-phase inverter design for high-voltage BLDC applications using BRD1261C. It supports low-side external bias operation for low no-load input power. It is integrated with 600 V FREDFETs with ultra-soft, fast recovery diodes. It utilizes the BRD1261C bridge switch.

Inverter efficiency up to 97% using block commutation scheme
Fully self-biased operation no auxiliary power supply needed
Instantaneous phase current information output on each bridge switch device
