RS PRO 2.5 m Power Cable, Unterminated to CEE 7/3, Schuko, 10 A, 250 V


Need to connect an appliance to run off European mains? This right-angle power cable assembly from the RS PRO range carries a CEE7/7 moulded male Schuko plug. These are widely used across mainland Europe. The 2.5-m H05VV-F cable is suitable for general indoor use and has the other end unterminated so you can hardwire up the appliance or connector you need.

The Schuko plug offers a safety feature, using earth clips to establish a protective-earth connection before making a live connection. The plug is voltage rated at 250 V and current rated at 10 A with built-in integral strain relief.

Tested against a range of international standards, this assemby's been deemed a safe and effective plug (IEC 60884-1) and flexible cable (50525-2-11), contains only minimal hazardous substances (RoHS) and won't damage equipment via electrostatic discharge (ANSI/ESD S20.20:2014, BS EN 61340-5-1:2007).
