Acc Silicones Potting Compound

The Acc silicones SE3000 is a 2kg grey and orange 2-component, addition-cure silicon system. It cures at ambient or elevated temperature to a moderately hard thermally conductive silicon rubber with low viscosity, low volatile content and provides excellent environmental protection. It is recommended for the encapsulation of highly populated assemblies requiring high flow between the components. It is completely neutral and will not cause corrosion of electrodes and other metal parts.
