The Jumo Multichannel controller module (component of the overall mTRON T system) supports up to four PID controller channels (cascadable), each with two parameter sets and four setpoint value. Autotuning with the oscillation method and the step response method. Two universal inputs, two digital inputs and outputs, a analog output and two relay outputs with normally open contact (AC 23V/3A) are available for this version. The digitized input values and states are available in the system for further processing. The digital and analog outputs can be controlled by the system (by the connection list or directly from the PLC) or directly from the module. The module operates autonomously, even if the central unit or higher-level system fails. This setting is configurable. The presence of the voltage supply, the operating situation of the module and the situation of the digital inputs and digital outputs are shown by LEDs. The voltage supply is DC 24 V +25/-20 %.

For retrofitting or servicing, the module insert is simply pulled forward out of the housing

The housing including the backplane remains mounted on the DIN rail

Inputs and outputs are connected at the front by removable terminal stripes with push in technology
