The siren's internal drive means no additional circuitry is needed, making it easy for engineers to build in to their systems. It can be used at temperatures ranging from -10°C up to +60°C, making it suitable for use in a wide range of environments.
This surface mounting device (SMD) siren conforms to US (ANSI/ESD S20.20:2014) and UK (BS EN 61340-5-1:2007) electrostatic control standards, meaning it won't damage equipment via electrostatic discharge. Sirens of this kind are commonly used in security and industrial alarms.
