RS PRO 80 dB, Through Hole Continuous Internal Piezo Buzzer
This piezo buzzer allows you to easily set up a sound tone on your electrical devices or circuits. It has a high sound output of 80 dB and produces a continuous tone. It has a frequency range of 3500 Hz to 4.5 kHz.
The buzzer's internal circuitry means that it can operate on a DC current. It's both washable and impact-resistant, with a circular outer construction MADE of black noryl material. You can mount it directly on a printed circuit board, and the component is wave-solderable for mass-production applications.
As part of the RS PRO range, this piezo buzzer component has been tested to the highest quality and safety criteria. It's suitable for use at temperatures ranging from -20°C to +70°C and complies with electrostatic control standards. It's commonly found in alarms or warning systems, as well as communications equipment and electronic cash registers.
