PIN Photodiodes - 3mm (T-1) Package
This family of PIN photodiodes, from OSRAM Opto Semiconductors, come in standard 3mm (T-1) through-hole packages. They have a clear plasic package and are designed to detect either full spectrum or visible light. Suitable appliations include; photointerrupters, industrial electronics and for control and drive circuits.
