The OSI Optoelectronics PIN-020A photovoltaic series planar diffused silicon photodiodes is utilized for applications requiring high sensitivity and moderate response speeds, with an additional sensitivity in the visible blue region for the blue enhanced series. These detectors have high shunt resistance and low noise, and exhibit long term stability. Distance from top of chip to top of glass is 0.094inch. Distance from top of glass to bottom of case is 0.180inch. Window diameter 0.240inch
