The OSI Optoelectronics FCI series TO-46 package, through-hole mount trans impedance photodetector amplifier is a 1.25Gbps hermetically sealed with a wide dynamic range. It has a supply voltage rating of 5.5V. This series also offers FC, SC, ST and SMA receptacles.
