QSD2030F PIN Photodiodes
The QSD2030F, from Fairchild Semiconductor, are plastic silicon PIN photodiodes. They are in standard 5mm (T-1 3/4) through-hole package. The QSD2030F have a black epoxy package with a daylight filter for blocking out ambient visible light.
