The Broadcom ACFL-3161 driver has a 10A peak high output driving current, rail-to-rail output gate drive optocoupler. The ACFL-3161 comes in a compact, surface-mountable SO-12 package for space savings. It provides an isolation voltage of 5k Vrms between input and output channels.

Dead time distortion: 35 ns max.
Wide operating supply (VDD) range: 15V to 30V
