The Broadcom ACNU series is a 3A gate drive optocoupler device in the 11-mm SSO8 package designed for high voltage, space-constrained industrial applications, including motor drives and solar inverters. It has common mode transient immunity greater than 100 kV/is and a propagation delay faster than 150 ns, enabling high frequency switching to improve efficiency in driving IGBT and SiC/GaN MOSFET.
