The ON Semiconductor 3.0mA low power optocoupler which support isolated interface to intelligent power module communicating digital to control signal from the controller to the IPM without conducting ground loops or hazardous voltage. It has 6-pin small outline plastic package and it consists of an aluminium gallium arsenide light emitting diode and an integrated high gain photo detector.
