RS PRO Nitrile Rubber O-Ring Cord, 8.4 mm Diameter, 8.5 m Long
Replace washer seals and gaskets with this O-ring cord from RS PRO. It allows you to repair components rather than replace them and is a suitable substitute rubber on any static seal.
It's made from nitrile rubber, a hard-wearing, oil-resistant material. This means the rubber will last a long time without degrading, even when exposed to machinery grease and lubrication. Thanks to its 8.5 m length, you can use it several times to perform repairs on multiple seals.
As this product complies with the Restriction of Hazardous Substances (RoHS) standards, it contains only trace amounts of any harmful materials. This O-ring cord is often used as a seal in fuel hoses, as it's non-corrosive and won't disintegrate when in contact with hydraulic fluids or petrol.
