The Infineons IM series of a 3-phase intelligent power module designed for high-efficiency appliance motor drives such as fans and pumps. This IPM is available in both fast and slow speeds for low loss and low EMI operation respectively. It has a voltage rating of 600V 3-phase inverter including gate drivers & bootstrap function.
