Overview
The incremental encoders are designed with a solid shaft and a face mount flange measuring 10 mm x 19 mm. They support a communication interface operating between 4.5 V and 32 V, compatible with TTL, HTL, and programmable protocols. These encoders are connected via a male M12 connector with 8 radial pins. Each revolution generates 65,536 pulses, and they specialize in offering 3000 lines pre-programmed for TTL compatibility. The high-resolution incremental encoder, with a diameter of 60 mm, boasts numerous mechanical and electrical interfaces, along with a housing crafted from either aluminium or stainless steel. Users have the flexibility to program the encoder themselves, if desired.
A standout feature is the array of options available for programming the electrical parameters, such as the output signal level, the number of pulses per revolution, or the zero pulse width. This versatility renders the DFS60 highly suitable for demanding applications.
