KEMET ESD 0603 C0G Dielectric Capacitors


KEMET ESD C0G automotive grade capacitors are suited to various applications where Electro Static discharge (ESD) could damage the capacitor or circuit. These capacitors are ESD qualified by the Human Body Model (HBM) AEC Q200-002. These multilayer ceramic capacitors are temperature stable and have a maximum operating temperature of 125°C.Capacitance range from 1nF to 15nF. Suited for resonant circuit applications where Q and stability of capacitance charectorsistics are required.
