AVX 1206 X7R Dielectric Capacitors


AVX X7R Dielectric capacitors are called temperature stable" Ceramics and fall into EIA Class II materials. The dielectric chip usage covers a broad range of industrial applications where known changes in capacitance due to applied voltages are acceptable. The AVX Standard Commercial-Grade MLCCs are available in case sizes 0402, 0805, and 0603. Voltage Range: 4 V to 500 V. Capacitance Range: 100 pF to 22 μF.

1206 Range


C0G (NP0) is the most popular formulation of the "temperature-compensating", EIA Class I ceramic materials

X7R formulations are called "temperature stable" Ceramics and fall into EIA Class II materials

Y5V formulations are for general-purpose use in a limited temperature range.These characteristics make Y5V Ideal for decoupling applications
