The PUI Audio Microphone has omnidirectional directivity and uses a single channel I2S data format with a 24 bit data size, 18-bit precision, and a 32-bit word size. Its sensitivity at 1 kHz and 50 cm with a 94 dB source is 0 dB equals to 1V/Pa, with a value of -26 ± 1 db. The rated voltage is 1.8 VDC, and the operating voltage range is from 1.5 to 3.6 VDC. The supply current in normal mode ranges from 820 to 1000 μA, while in sleep mode with clock off, it draws only 5 μA. The signal-to-noise ratio at 1 kHz with a 94 dB input A-weighted is 64 db. The frequency range spans from 20 to 20,000 Hz, and the total harmonic distortion is 1% at 110 dB from a 50 cm, 1 kHz acoustic source.
