The Microchip flash microcontroller with nanoWatt technology belongs to the Mid-Range family of the PIC® which has two external RC modes and one external clock mode ECIO up to 20 MHz. There are 16 I/O pins that are user configurable on a pin-to-pin basis. Some pins are multiplexed with other device functions. It has two memory blocks in which are the program memory and the data memory. Each block has its own bus, so access to each block can occur during the same oscillator cycle.

High sink/source current 25 mA

Timer 0 8 bit trimer/counter with 8 bit prescaler

Timer 1 16-bit trimer/counter with prescaler, can be incremented during Sleep via external crystal/clock

Timer 2 8 bit trimer/counter with 8 bit period register, prescaler and postscaler
