The Microchip Microcontroller features a high-performance AVR CPU with a two-cycle hardware multiplier, running at up to 24 MHz. Designed with a flexible and low-power architecture, it incorporates advanced Microchip technologies including an Event System, intelligent analog functions and advanced digital peripherals. It offers single-cycle I/O access, a two-level interrupt controller, and supports Program and Debug Interface Disable for enhanced security. Operating within a supply voltage range of 1.8V to 5.5V, it includes 256B EEPROM. The memory endurance is rated at 1,000 cycles for Flash and 100,000 cycles for EEPROM, with data retention of up to 40 years at 55 °C, making it ideal for robust and low-power embedded applications.
